E•MOTION 2021 YUJI 200hr
Testimonial

This was a journey I will be forever grateful for!

It forced me dive into myself & is helping me to begin to establish a relationship between my physical body, my mind and my soul. When we think of yoga we often only think of the physical practice, poses, and working toward postures we could only dream of doing! It’s the western way of thinking, and we forget about the connection to the mind and soul. We forget that yoga is also about the breath, meditation, energy systems and the power of what this connection can bring to our lives. I am full of gratitude! I have found a deeper purpose from this journey and I look forward to what lies ahead to help others live a more healthy and meaningful life.

Macy, Casey, and Troy are teachers that are fully dedicated, inspiring and deeply knowledgeable. Their teaching methods complement one another which exposes the students to various ways of teaching from day one. Knowing some subjects were hard and uncomfortable, they created space for processing and fostered an open forum for working through emotions while still making you feel held and supported.

And to my fellow YUJI’s, thank you for sharing this journey with me, for being vulnerable, and for being courageous! The universe brought us together- not by chance but more so to learn and grow from one another. I feel we each have a deeper understanding of ourselves and trust in what’s yet to come.
