I saw some humans! In a night club! There were strangers there too! 🤣 Lovely seeing you perform @gravencanada (what a voice and I always love hanging when you come to town!) and fantastic having some laughs with @torontofilmschool acting graduate @thealyssaroulston (we’ve worked on several film projects together), @firstrobinmusic (congrats on the second single release), @kathymshultz (you always make me laugh my face off), and @sigrunstella1 (prepare thyself for more background vocals)! It should be noted that my version of ‘BANGER’ is when @slowdiveofficial gets really loud (which they really do)! Fun night. Lots of great discussion around how to connect with audiences and what filmmakers need to do to get their film seen in this challenging market.

💖🥰 From SickKids Mom Kathy @shultzy11: “A year ago Isla received the ultimate gift—a life saving kidney from a brave and selfless hero. A year later she is in school and doing well! A big thanks to the village that made this happen—who supported us emotionally, financially, who came forward to be tested, the doctors and nurses and brilliant staff at SickKids and of course to the donor—our new family member and Isla's new BF for life. The struggle is real. Some of the *unbelievable* tactics used by social media platforms to censor and share truth. Making it impossible to share names of people everyone should know. This is an example but not the worst of what has been happening. Please contact me for video interview with these two people that some orgs would like to erase.
