Day 30/30 of #YarnFriendsRock2026 : Yarn Friends Rock

… and it's another twofer - or maybe even a threefer - let me know 😅🥰

Yarn friends certainly do rock! It's the last day of #YarnFriendsRock26 plus it's Secret Birthday Party time for September *and* it's my Mum's big ‘0’ birthday today too 💜

Didn't post every day for YarnFriendsRock (this is the first year I didn't, and it felt more relaxed because of it tbh!), but I'll miss it all the same 🙁 I've met new people as well as some old (no offense!) friends 🥰

Happy Birthday to all these September birthday peeps:
@thenickcole
@lyralunedesigns
@alinasschaetze
@kathyzampieri
…and ofc my Mum!! Penblwydd Hapus 🥳🎉

💜 Pattern: Frida Heart (my version is ‘Frika Halod’)

✨ Tester Appreciation ✨

Here are the beautiful makes of my amazing testers.

I had some difficult times lately. A few weeks ago I lost my beloved aunt from cancer. That time, Milo the Crab was on testing. I couldn't release the pattern, didn't want to do anything actually. While getting back to normal, I made Willy the Whale. It was just like a therapy, helped me to distract my mind. I asked Milo's testers for Willy and they made him too.

Thank you for being with me in this time. You helped me a lot in my previous projects, but these two are more meaningful to me. I'm so grateful for having your support. Love you, girls 🥰

Please look at their cute Milos and Willys and show them some love ❤️

And some good news.. My twins started to the 1st class last week! I'm so excited about it. They're in the same class and they loved their teacher and school immediately! I have new tasks like preparing lunch boxes, following their homework, and I'm trying to get used to this new pace. Yesterday my son asked me why I didn't crochet anymore, as if I have time for it 🥲 I will, soon, hopefully 😊

Crocheting is my breathing time in this busy life. And thank you all, for being here and joining my crochet journey ❤️

See you ✨

✨ PATTERN RELEASE ✨

Chubby Hamsters are here! 🥰
These tiny, round hamsters are quick and fun to crochet, and the pattern includes both a one-colored and a two-colored version, so you can create your own little hamster family in all your favorite colors.

They are approximately 10 cm tall when made with sport weight yarn and a 2.5 mm hook.

And this release is extra special because Chubby Hamsters are the newest members of my Chubby Series 😁

After Chubby Birds, I knew I wanted to keep making these cute, squishy little creatures. And now the hamster family has arrived 😍

A huge THANK YOU to all my wonderful testers who made these little hamsters, shared their feedback, and helped me make the pattern the best it could be ❤️

The pattern is now available in Etsy, and amigurumi.com website! 🎉 I can't wait to see your Chubby Hamsters 😊

🐹 Which color would you make first?
