✨ There is something special about women coming together to create joy and purpose! I’m so grateful to be part of this extraordinary movement! ✨

The last couple of months included hours in rehearsal, driveway practices, sponsor visits, dancing at NYC’s South St Seaport 🗽, a double-decker bus ride through the city , a train ride with 52 of us on Metro North, and countless details leading up to last night’s Halloween celebration in Fairfield 🎃👻.

THIS is what community feels like! Between the friendship among the MOMbies and the support from families, friends, and local & national businesses—it’s extraordinary. 🤍🙌

And Fairfield showed up for the neighborhood dance party at the end! 🎉

Our friend is benefiting from a combo treatment that wasn’t available just 5 years ago—all thanks to dedicated research and supporters like you. 💛

Every dollar raised (and matched!) goes directly to life-changing research.

This matters in ways beyond words. Together, we’re all part of an incredible effort to support and uplift. 💖

And - it sure does feel good to do something fun!!

PRESSING PLAY WITH THE @mombiesorg 🧟

Yesterday I had the honor of helping the @mombiesorg kick off their very first 5k race at Jennings Beach in Fairfield CT! With great weather, over 450+ participants and sponsors such as @news12ct and @optimum this event was a huge success! The @mombiesorg, under the direction of @terrybd111 and her amazing team continue to raise money for @thecancercouchfoundation in the fight against Breast Cancer.

As the @mombiesorg choreographer I get to train and watch these women week and after week push their limits inside and outside of the studio as they gear up for each performance. Choreographing for these women has been such an amazing but also rewarding experience, and I look forward to working with them this Halloween season! 🎃🎃

BIG SHOUT OUT to @hellodeejayrob for always holding me down with the music and @alexanicoli for helping me kick off the very first Mombies 5K beach after party!!!
