Hard to believe it’s been 10 years since I first stepped into an @orangetheory studio. To put it simply. I love this place. All the studios and coaches hold a special place for me. Some of these pics are embarrassing and shameful - I think how did I ever let myself get to that point.

March 2026 was a fearful time switching careers and trying to find what was going to make me happy. Pursuing being an OTF coach just feels natural. I hope for each person who takes a class of mine is that you never feel alone. No matter what speed, what Incline, or what weight you lift, your coaches are there for you. Be proud of yourself you took that first step you showed up.

Fitness is not a linear path. What works for one doesn’t always work for another. But that’s what’s great about OTF you pick the intensities that push and challenge you, which can be completely different than the person at the station next to you.

I could go on forever and chances are many people have probably given up reading this. I’m proud of how far I’ve come, yet I know I still have work to do.

It’s a hell of a ride but I love it here.
