24 years ago today started my dream of this girl as my daughter. She’s my mini-me. My life coach. My best friend. My life is better when I’m near her and when I have to say goodbye (which is all the time) I get that ache in my heart. If I could raise her again I’d happily go back and do it all over again just for the privilege of watching her turn into the most beautiful, special woman that she is today. I feel like the luckiest dad that I got you. Happy birthday to my sweet Katie.

Earlier this summer Annie and I had the best little girls trip to Hawaii!

Minus a quick side quest of repelling down a waterfall, we spent most our time enjoying the sun, eating good food, and being by the beach. We also took Annie to her very first Hula! I was pulled from the crowd and asked to dance and it was truly the most horrifying 30 seconds of my life! My hips don’t work like that…

Overall this was the perfect way to recover from a long 9 month season & a chaotic but exciting wedding week! I love having yes friends 🤗

What a week! Just 2 days after Cal was born, I got to walk with him as I graduated from PA school!🎓

The past 2 1/2 years have been filled with some of the best and hardest moments, and I am so grateful for the best friends that got me through it and family that supported me along the way 💙

And shoutout @heidcollins for the cutest cap and gown outfit for baby Cal!!

My best friend got married!

This past May I got to watch my best friend marry her best friend! Our “girls trip” ended up being the wedding and it was so fun to see my favorite people. There’s nothing quite like spending 6 hours getting ready only to sweat it all off on the dance floor!! I love you Norfleet’s and I especially love my girls 🫶

Callan Bryan Hodson (Cal) arrived on August 12 🩵

Cal has been the absolute best blessing and we have been on cloud 9 soaking in all the baby snuggles and enjoying life as a family of 3!

Been retired for three months now and turns out, there’s life beyond those lines! Thankful doesn’t even come close 🤍

“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.” Isaiah 43:18-19
