POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

You’re here because you’re looking for more than a venue.

You’re looking for somewhere that feels like you. Somewhere with soul, elevated through heritage and a story of its own. Somewhere that doesn’t simply host your wedding, but feels like home for a few days.

After looking some somewhere for ourselves to have our wedding 7 years ago, we knew we wanted yet it was impossible to find. The missing piece was genuine authenticity, and somewhere we knew we would feel comfortable and relaxed.

Not a hotel. Not a traditional wedding venue.

A much-loved private home, surrounded by nature, where exceptional hospitality feels entirely effortless. Where everyone leaves feeling deeply cared for.

Welcome to the Wootton Hall Estate.

A feeling, not simply a place.

The recent spread of misinformation and abuse towards the RNLI is unfathomable, volunteer crew members jump up from their Sunday lunch with their family and leave their beds in the middle of the night to run into the lifeboat station to launch in all sorts of conditions to save lives at sea. All lives. We have always and will always support the @rnli @rnli_cleethorpes and watching @lucy_m_l_ in action today as the D class was launched was a great way to show Oscar what it means to volunteer and to show our support for our local crew.

The garden changes. The children grow. New things are planted, others are harvested. The chickens become part of the family and somehow there is always another job to do.

Wootton Hall is our business, but first it is our home.

That’s what makes this place feel different.

So much of what our guests experience begins with these very ordinary little moments, growing, gathering, cooking and looking after the land.

It’s more than a business. It’s a feeling.

And it feels like home.

Our in-house styling team created a breathtaking draping vision in the barn at the weekend with soft, undulating material adorning the space, bringing a sense of intimacy and a welcome embrace.

Natural fabric complements the milky tones of our painted larch cladding, creating a gently shifting canopy above our guests’ heads, drawing them into the space and defining the feel of their dining experience as they were surrounded by soft florals and wild raspberries - perfect for a summertime wedding in the countryside

Autumn has arrived in bountiful fashion, with our new evening menu a splendid showcase of seasonal produce. Each dish is a treat, the hardest part is choosing your new favourite!

I asked @katiebuffey to capture the zinnias because soon they will fade and it’ll be like they never happened. I don’t know if I’ll be able to buy these rare seeds again nor if I’ll successfully save the seed from these plants. At least I’ll have these beautiful images to document their beauty. A huge thank you to @katiebuffey who sprang into action at a moments notice and couldn’t put her camera down!

Ps thank you @sam_buffey for watching the kids 😆

It’s been tennis fever on The Wootton Hall Estate this last week with the grand opening of our new lawn tennis court.

The old tennis lawn with the grand hall as backdrop has been transformed into its rightful purpose and there was truly no better week for the first ball to be served than the first week of Wimbledon.

Erin, Tom and their guests joined us for their nuptials, flying in from the US and Australia for an English country house wedding and what an incredible celebration it was.

The evening of their arrival on the estate saw us host a tennis tournament in the summer sunshine with strawberries and cream served in the interval with Pimm’s.

Hooow much fun to see my name on the front cover of @lincolnshirelifemagazine !!🎉

Whoop whoooo! 🥂✨. A 4-page spread with lots of pics of pretty jewellery & the story behind Fred & Emily Jewellery!

It was lots of fun being interviewed by Lincolnshire journalist @_katechapman where we talked all things jewellery & farming! 🚜🥔

For those of you wondering, @knaptonwright had nothing to do with this… I was approached out of the blue to do this interview…..!💚

A big shout out to @katiebuffey for taking the fab pics….! 💚
