It’s National Coaches Day, and today we’re celebrating the people who bring the energy, push us when we need it, believe in us before we believe in ourselves, and somehow know exactly when we need that extra “LET’S GO!” 🙌

Our coaches aren’t just counting reps and calling out times—they’re building confidence, celebrating your wins, challenging you to go a little harder, and making every workout feel like you’re part of something bigger.

So today, turn the mic around. 🎤

Huge congratulations to Brandon, who competed in the Can-Am Rugby Tournament this July and came home an age-group CHAMPION!

We love getting messages like this because THIS is why we train. It’s not just about splat points, benchmarks or what happens inside the studio. It’s about building the strength, endurance and confidence to keep doing the things you love — and doing them at a high level.

Brandon, you put in the work (including plenty of those 4:55AMs!) and we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate this win with you. 🏆💪
