I need to say something, and I need you to really hear it.

To my sisters, the ones who showed up when I didn’t have the words to ask: thank you.

You’ve held my babies when my arms were tired. You’ve sat with me in the quiet when I was falling apart and didn’t say a word, because you knew that was what I needed. You’ve called me out in love and cheered me on louder than I ever cheered for myself.

I don’t take it lightly. I come from women who survived because they had each other. Our grandmothers, our aunties, our circles. They taught me that no woman was ever meant to carry it all alone. You are living proof of that.

Some days I’m a mother, a founder, an artist, and a woman just trying to keep it together. And somehow, every single time, one of you shows up and reminds me who I am. You see me, even when I’m tired and don’t look like I have it all together.

I’m so grateful I get to love you, and be loved by you, out loud.

If you’ve got a circle of women who hold you down, tell them today. Don’t wait. Don’t assume they know. Say it. Let them cry. Cry with them.

We rise because we rise together. 🤍

She lives because we live.

Attended the Sol Summit Cultural Health & Wellness Experience today, hosted by Matriarch Mixer and AmorAmigas. 🧡 @matriarchmixer @indigenous.cc @cityofhopeaz @tgenresearch

Gathering with these incredible women truly fills my cup. I always leave inspired by the work these ladies are doing to support one another, strengthen our Indigenous communities, and create healthier futures for the generations coming behind us.

And watching my daughter at the center of this work makes me incredibly proud. ❤️ Seeing the next generation lead, serve, create space, and pour into community is powerful.

Today was also a beautiful reminder to keep leaning into your community. Support Indigenous businesses. Shop local. Build others up. Accept the compliment. Give people your best. Take time to heal. Focus on your health. Get your screenings. Pause before responding. Slow down enough to enjoy the people in your circle.

And remember… you deserve the same love, care, grace, and energy that you so freely pour into everyone else.

Indigenous wellness is community wellness. Our sisterhood is medicine. We are medicine. ✨🪶

I was honored to be able to help a good friend of mine @arlalucia in her booth. She sold out by noon the first day!! Wow!!! Congrats to her! It is awesome to see her work be received in community with so much admiration. 💜

Movement for Mental Health
Join us for a powerful gathering designed exclusively for women , where we move, heal, and connect as community. Movement for Mental Health is a high-energy, wellness event that brings together the power of physical activity and holistic education to nourish the mind, body, and spirit.

Participants will take part in a community workout experience, followed by a guided yoga and stretching cool-down session to restore and ground the body. Along the way, you’ll gain meaningful knowledge about how consistent movement is one of the most powerful tools we have to prevent mental and behavioral health challenges, reduce disease risk, and reclaim our well-being.

We’ll also dive into the power of nutrition, because what we put into our bodies matters just as much as how we move them. Whole body wellness starts from the inside out.
Stay for the raffle, the famous earring exchange, and connect with women who are on the same journey toward healing and wholeness.

This is your invitation to show up for yourself

Huge thank you to our community partner for the space we are using to facilitate this event @fitness48studio

Location address is on the eventbrite.
