Sydney, what a night! 🕺🏼 We wrapped the Grow & Let Go Book Tour last Thursday evening at the @acehotelsydney to a sold out audience.

The Sweet Returns wall was filled with stories, the book signing line turned into a community-building chit chat line, and the celebration cake (we wrote books and survived!) was demolished.

A big thank you to @betsywestcott for holding the room and asking us great questions, to everyone that helped on the night and in the lead up, to @myma_health our Sydney business partner, @sharesiesau and @zurichinsurance for supporting us every step of the way, to our goody bag partners @carmex.anz @goodlivingonly @healthlab and to everyone who showed up!

Still feeling so grateful after celebrating the launch of The Recipe for Longevity.

Thank you to all my beautiful friends, family and everyone who came along to celebrate. It meant so much to share such a special night with you.

A special thank you to @domhind for being such a wonderful cohost, and to @laurenmoelk for the incredible larger than life book display. Such a thoughtful and unforgettable gift.

There are moments in business that make you stop.
Not because they’re the biggest, but because they remind you just how far you’ve come.Opening Marie Claire and seeing FIGUR on those pages was one of those moments for me.

As a little girl, I loved all fashion mags . I’d flick through every page, completely captivated by the fashion, the campaigns and the confidence they represented. I admired them so much. But I also know there were so many women who never truly saw themselves reflected in those pages.

It’s one of the many reasons FIGUR has always been about so much more than shapewear!
It has always been about making women feel like they belong. Like they’re included. Like they are already enough.
This page represents so much more than an ad.

It represents the late nights, the setbacks, the risks, the self-doubt, the moments where it would’ve been easier to walk away… and choosing not to. ( I’ve had my moments )

It represents every sample that wasn’t quite right, every lesson learned, every challenge that made us better, and every single woman who loves what we do.

Because this has never been about changing women’s bodies.
It’s about changing how they feel.

My hope has always been that every woman, no matter her size, shape, age or stage of life can get dressed and feel just as worthy, just as confident and just as beautiful as anyone else.

To my incredible FIGUR tribe… thank you

Today I turn 49.
I always wanted to be somebody.
Some dreams came true.
Some fears stayed with me.
I've spent years holding myself back.
I'm done waiting.
We're only just getting started.

@katiekaars was one of the first women to believe in @redforareasonofficial. I remember being nervous about testing the idea out on someone. I'm so glad I did.
Over that coffee she showed me warmth and generosity and in doing so, validated my idea. That conversation gave me the fuel to take the next step.
We arranged for her to take my headshots shortly after. When that day came so did more nerves, I'm normally behind the camera. But Katie made me so comfortable, I leaned into the trust I felt with her and surprised myself by enjoying it.
The shoot brought in another strong, generous woman. @georgiekar came over, spent time styling me, preparing me, and helping with selects.
Without these two I wouldn't have the shots that took @redforareasonofficial from concept to what you see today. I am so grateful. ♥️
