Join me in a new 4-week yoga-meditation-contemplation series as a gentle yet powerful journey of:
🐢 slowing down
🍃 clearing the noise
✨ and reconnecting to the steady presence that has always lived within you.

Steady & Clear: The 4 Dharanas
4wk Yoga & Meditation Series with Tanya Boigenzahn

📆: 4 Wednesdays, April 8-29, 2026
🕰️: 10:45-12pm (Central US)
💰: $80 ($72 for Devanadi 235/340hr TTs/Alumni)
✔: 5 CEs for RYTs (by request)

LIVE at Devanadi + ZOOM + Replay available

Series Description
The beautiful news is that yoga doesn’t ask you to become someone else. It invites you to become more fully yourself. Together, we’ll explore a time-tested yogic process for reducing what clouds our vision and strengthening what brings clarity, courage, and calm.
Each week, we’ll focus on one of The Four Dharanas—four essential anchors of practice that help steady the body, quiet the mind, and reconnect us to our deepest sense of self. Through movement, breathwork, mantra, and meditation, you’ll learn practical tools to regulate your energy, sharpen your awareness, and rest in a place of inner steadiness—especially helpful in times that feel busy, uncertain, or overwhelming.

Over the 4 weeks, we will explore:
• Prana — Using breath and subtle body awareness to calm the nervous system and stabilize your energy
• Consciousness — Learning to steady the mind so your attention becomes clear and purposeful
• Mantra — Working with sound and vibration to support focus, resilience, and inner balance
• Atma — Resting in your deeper self—the steady, wise presence beneath the fluctuations of daily life

This series is not about doing more.
It’s about becoming more steady, clear, and fully you.

Come practice in community, build consistency, and discover how small, intentional practices—held over time—can create profound shifts in how you live, move, and show up in the world.
