You are one decision away from doing this differently

Not next week
Not when life calms down

Now

Because right now you already know the pattern

You start
You stop
You put yourself last
And nothing changes

And it is not because you are not trying

It is because you are doing it alone

That is why I created The Energy Reset Method for Two

So you stop restarting
And actually follow through

With support
With accountability
With a body that finally starts responding

And here is the shift…

When you do this with the right person
Everything becomes easier

Energy
Consistency
Confidence

So the real question is

Who are you doing this with

Tag them below or comment ENERGY

And if you do not have someone to tag… tag me

I will be your accountability buddy. #strongertogether

My physical therapist has been keeping me in one piece for years, even before she started working with elite athletes and the Hamptons crowd. I happily travel to her office on Madison Ave. Our sessions can be tough, but somehow I always feel better afterwards! Playing tennis can really do a number on your body but with her regime I can keep hitting those balls with some attitude. Lol.

I appreciate you so very much. My pt guru and friend 🧡 @drkatherinewallner @katherinewallnerpt
