I’ve had the pleasure of supporting some of the most amazing Ambitious Introverts through my coaching this year - I’m beyond grateful that I get to do this for a living & am so proud of the growth they’ve achieved (business & personal), & that I get to help them share their gifts with the world (I wish I could tag them all but I’m limited to 20!)

Whether I coached them for one session or the entire year, I got to see their amazing-ness - yet more proof introverts make the perfect entrepreneurs!

Wishing you all a wonderful holiday season! 🎄 ELP xx

Ever been scared to make a decision in case it’s ‘wrong’ (& instead end up taking NO action?)

That’s exactly where my client @thekatiewolf was before our intensive - the irony being her business was just starting to take off big time, & her audience & email list were growing daily - so she needed some clarity ASAP!

3 takeaways from supporting Katie that can benefit us all in business…

1 - Everyone’s needs are different, make sure you get the right support. Katie enquired about my 90 Minute Business Plan Intensive but straight away I could see she needed something slightly different. We tailored the container to suit her needs - rather than a 60 minute strategy call & a 30 minute follow up we did one 90 minute strategy & mindset call. Instead of Slack support (where I’d usually look over marketing materials, something Katie as a writer & video creator didn’t need help with) we chose 30 days of Voxer support to install those all important success thought patterns into her neural programming

2 - Katie is growing her audience on TikTok. I know the grand sum of zero about TikTok. Does this matter? NO. Because what I do know is that the principles of business & marketing remain the same whichever platform you use. We planned for long term growth vs trendy tactics

3 - Making decisions from our logical brain keeps us stuck. As a HD Generator, I worked with Katie to lean into that gut feeling, that sacral intuition, to make business decisions (& to start to recognise ‘but’ & ‘what if’ as mind chatter that can be ignored!)

In Katie’s own words, one of the reasons this worked so well for her is that I can hear what my clients are saying even when they don’t realise they’ve said it - & noticing those nuances & changing them is the fastest way to a success mindset
