Studies show that being near water can bring you peace. Why?

We’ll share 4 reasons why water is relaxing:

🌊 When we are near water we become more focused on it than other stressful factors. The rhythmic background noise that water makes drowns out other concerning noises.

🌊 Swimming in water subconsciously reminds us of when we were safe in our mother’s womb.

🌊 Reconnecting with our roots as humans who thrived in nature and near sources of water (for survival) is comforting.

🌊 We are left in awe by great bodies of water, which can lead to a more elevated mood.

Of course, yoga can bring you peace too…

So, what brings you peace?

We want to know. Share below...

This candid shot from a film camera pretty much sums up my weekends. Carrying a timeline, fanny pack, and the brides bouquet so she can grab a cocktail. Loved every minute of your wedding Katrina! 🖤
