What a dream!!! 💃🏼🎀 Mom and Emily curated the most intentional Sprinkle today 😭 THANK YOU!!! We can hardly believe a baby girl is about to join our family and could not be more grateful for the army of amazing, God-honoring women that already surround her. There’s truly nothing that makes us feel more fortunate - we were created for relationship with others. January 14th, 2019 I began a journey like I never had before.
.
Little did I know the time, energy, consistency, and excellence it was going to require. Yet, after 323 days on December 16th, 2019 I was able to declare with abundant joy 👉🏻 that I received a Masters Degree 📜
.
Not only was I able to get my Masters in that amount of time, but I was able to accomplish it all while consistently maintaining all A+ 🔥(Datz on God!)
.
However, as ecstatic as I am to share what “I” did, the reality is it would not be possible without a multitude of people behind me cheering me on and pushing me forward.
.
First and foremost, I am so grateful for Gods abundant grace and goodness to allow me the opportunity to learn and grow like this. It truly is humbling.
.
Secondly, this would not have been possible without my bride @jaclyndix. I don’t have time to describe all the sacrifice she has given, and the strength she has provided to make this possible. Cinderella, I love you more than words can describe and I am honored to share this life with you.
.
Lastly, shoutout to the multitude of friends that have called, texted, and cheered me on through this adventure (check the tags for high quality friends 🤟🏻)
.
Alright almost done...This year has been one to remember and one I will always cherish. It has created a foundation from which I know God will continue to use for His glory.
.
My prayer when I started this journey was simply that God would become more and I would become less. Yet again, even with such a great accomplishment, I find myself praying that once more.
.
Father, thank you for allowing me to declare your name in all I do. Now as I approach this new decade I ask yet again that You become more and I become less. .

These friends truly are legends! They have each taught me so much and have impacted my life more than they even know. And I am better for it 🙌🏼

This year was remarkable. It was the year I put my stake in the ground, and decided to take one of the biggest risks of my life.
___
Today this gorgeous bouquet 💐 showed up on my doorstep, from a woman who would have been a total stranger had I not said “yes” and go all in with this beautiful cycle of open invitations, to jump on the opportunity to create a business of changing lives.
___
Our job is to learn how to take care of ourselves, share it with others around us and online. Simple, with a side of dedication.
___

Perception VS Reality

😂We are ALWAYS laughing!!! For real - this girl is my ride or die.
.
She dreams BIG and challenges me to dream even BIGGER. She believes for the impossible and has FAITH God will DO IT AGAIN.
.
Both of us were serving and working completely different areas of the conference, which is just the COOLEST. Why?
.
I don’t necessarily want friends that are always sticking by my side. 👉 I want girls around me that are running head first, planted confidently in all God has for them - leading people to Jesus! They are the ones that aren’t just by my side, but have my back. 🤜💥🤛
.
I am swimming in gratitude to God for all He did the last 3 days and THE BEST IS YET TO COME! Next Conference begins in 🖐 DAYS 🎉

Facebook + Instagram introduced me to these women. .

Last weekend, I went to lunch with these phenomenal ladies, in between sessions of our workshops. To any stranger in that restaurant, they would have thought we had known one another for years.
.
.
At one point I wondered, ‘Why are our bonds and instantaneous friendships so natural?’.
.
.
Then it dawned on me...
.
We all have one thing in common....our drive to be strong independent women who run successful businesses, where our MAIN PRIORITY is helping others become their best self. .
.
We are serving others to change their lives. Our focus is caring for the one area we need to live it...our health. When you know your job is one that empowers goodness in the world, the energy that comes from that is contagious! .
.
Individually we are all bright lights, but put us together....and we freakin’ SHINE ✨
.
.
Want to come shine with us? There is plenty of light to go around, sister, and many more who need the help finding it!✨

1 DAY until we pack it up and road trip it to the SAME event that CHANGED my life one year ago!
.
.
The raw emotion and power that goes along with finding “your people”. People who are excited for life, excited for helping one another, freaking pumped to help others “lead happier, healthier, and fulfilling lives”! .
.
This event opened my eyes to the fact that “I am good enough.” I used to carry self doubt when I started this side gig, coaching women on their health + fitness journeys. I questioned if people would take me seriously, and if I could really help others. .
.
It was THIS event that rocked my world....it showed me, not only was I good enough, but people would be damn lucky to fly with me. .
.
