🎯ROAD TO SUB41 10KM : WEEK 1/6
🏃🏻‍♀️WEEKLY MILEAGE : 46.8KM
🇬🇧RACE : 10KM VITALITY LONDON

Hyrox is done! 5 days of no exercise and A LOTTT of eating before I got back to exercising (body was so sore & sprained my ankle from HYROX)

so happy to be back running again and seeing everyone !!✨🩷

🚨DISCLAIMER : deep down inside i'm aiming for
SUB43 but aiming for SUB41 will help me push myself to get my PB ( not pressuring myself)

❣️REMINDER : YOU ARE NOT DEFINED BY UR TIME❣️

⏳only 6 weeks until the 10K Vitality London, starting late but at least we’re starting 😅

Race 1 of @hyroxtha Bangkok

What better way to start off Bangkok’s second Hyrox race of the year by dragging @247knowmesoon Superstar @katty_lars through 60 mins of (hell) fun.

Wasnt the race you wanted but the biggest win of the day was that you didnt give up even your whole body and mind was telling you to. That’s the biggest win.

Improvising and adapting is all part of the game.

Big ups to the @247knowmesoon @ih_hybridclub athletes for keeping us on our toes!

Back stronger next time!

Thank you to:

@orp_thailand The Cloudboom strike 2 is now my new favourite running shoe. Went through the open weights with zero problems
@resovex_thailand for giving me that extra spray and extra spice for my legs
@garmin_thailand For the best running accessories
@airdog.thailand For making sure I have the cleanest air available to me at the gym I train at
@139_arena @rysearena @ontrack For being my second home
@drinkwilder For the constant Hydration and electrolytes
@sasom_official for providing a safe platform for me when it comes to purchasing my running gear. A lot of running stuff is entering the resale market and that annoys the hell outta me.
@pocarisweatth For keeping me hyrated
@clear_thofficial Making sure my hair is clearly well maintained
@brewrunclub_ For bringing the noise, even when its already noisy

Shoutout to our Mixed Doubles crew for stepping up to HYROX this time around! 🫡

From all those sweaty training sessions to pushing through every station on race day, you guys put in the work and made every second. No matter the result, it’s all about the grind, the good vibes, and walking away with a damn good experience together. 🔥

Big thanks to @boffkool.bkk for pulling up with the cold brew. Ice cold, ridiculous after test and exactly what we need after our Hybird bootcamp! ☕️❄️

snippets of my life lately involve getting srsly sweaty doing hard things with friends, jongsjongs 🀄️, manifesting seeing @daisythelazyhusky on her morning walk (and it works 🥳)
