The song @tonyrobbins played right after taking 13,000 people through the Dickens Process to release their biggest limiting beliefs and break free from their subconscious BS?

Of course says…

“This Is How Legends Are Made.”

Because legends who change the freakin’ world with their God-given gifts are made out of fire, breaking through their limitations.

As Tony said…👇

“The wall that your brain is protecting you with soon becomes the prison you live in.

You are trapped in a prison you created yourself with your own beliefs.”

And you must break free from it.

That’s his genius, but also mine! 😏

Because you cannot change the world and impact millions of people with a brain that has been believing the same things for years when those beliefs are limiting you.

Every year, I come back.

Every year, this process makes me feel so free.

And doing it in this energy programs your brain so much faster.

Thank you, Tony, for another insane transformation day.

Day 3 is always my favourite, and this year I created beautiful memories with the legends I met here and the ones who came with me after 2 years of Zoom.

Which makes it even more special.

Day 1 of UPW is a wrap! Let’s recap 👇🔥

This is my 3rd year in a row.

But this time, I came here with 2 of my clients.

@katy.culver was my first-ever 1:1 client from the coaching world, and we’ve been working together since October 2024. We’re meeting for the first time now.

And this year in October I am co-facilitating at her retreat in Portugal so if you want more infos, message us.

@anouk_knuffmann is not just a client, but also my investment coach.

And living it with them makes this year even more special.

People ask me a lot why I would come to the same event for the 3rd time…

And it’s because I am a different person than I was last year and 2 years ago.

And it lands differently.

Also, seeing the progress I’ve made is quite mind-blowing.

The first time I was here, I was in a pretty bad place with my business, barely making any money as a content coach and hiding my real gifts from the world…

And out of 13K people, I was paired with a woman who had breast cancer surgery the same year I was supposed to have mine…

And I didn’t, because I healed myself with the same methods I was still hiding that I now use with my clients.

Which was very impactful.

The next month, I pivoted, and everything changed.

The second year, I was on a high with my business.

However, I was working myself into the ground, being very conditioned to believe I needed to work hard to “get love.”

And that’s the thing I worked on.

The main belief was allowing myself to feel joy and be present without waiting for something bad to happen because of my joy.

Which was a bigger process I worked on throughout 2026.

And now?

We will see what happens.

BUT I am soaking up every second of it.

Dancing, jumping, laughing and rewiring my brain chemistry all at the same time.

And last night, I did the firewalk for the first time.

Even though we walked on burning coals, I didn’t feel a thing.

That is how powerful our bodies can be when the little voice in your head and your subconscious BS are not in control.

And yes, I will come again for a 4th year in 2027.

Why the heck not? Have you been?

“I wasn’t born like this. I built him.”

Out of everything I heard on Wednesday, this is the sentence I can’t stop thinking about.

Before kicking off 4 days of Unleash the Power Within in Cologne, we went to the premiere of a film about Tony Robbin’s work and the methods behind decades of coaching some of the most successful people in the world.

And somehow, I also got to shake his hand (twice 🤯) and have a short conversation with him.

Something he said stuck with me most:

He wasn’t born as the man we see today.
He built him.

By putting himself out there.
By challenging his own limitations.
By understanding his mind and his patterns.
By doing the work. Again and again.

And I think we forget this when we look at people who are incredibly successful.

We think:

She’s just confident.
He’s naturally charismatic.
She doesn’t have the fears I have.
They’re just different.

But what if they’re not?

What if so much of the person you want to become is something you build?

You don’t wait until you’re confident to take the step.

You take the step and build the confidence.

You don’t wait until you feel like the woman who can create the life you want.

You become her through the choices you make every single day.

And maybe that’s one of my biggest takeaways already:

✨ You are not a finished product.

You get to build the next version of you.

And I find that incredibly fucking exciting.

I liked Katy Culver from her content. I liked her even more the day I spent shooting her, and by the end of our conversation for this episode I know you will also. Be as obsessed with her as I am.

She’s someone who gave up a New York apartment to go meet herself in a new country every few months. Who talks about travel as a portal, about walking off a fourteen hour flight as a completely different person, about how the fastest way to become someone new is to change what you look at every day. She is allergic to settling in the most contagious way, and this whole conversation left me thinking about my own life differently.
