It takes a village🤍
My sweet friends spent the day helping me prepare freezer meals before baby #2 arrives. We laughed, cooked, and filled my freezer with so much food and love. So grateful for these women✨

Some of the biggest shifts in how I live with Nova didn’t come from doing more… they came from doing things more intentionally.

I used to think being a “good dog owner” meant constant activity, constant training, constant output. But over time, I’ve learned it’s more about structure, clarity, and how you live with your dog in everyday moments.

I’m still figuring things out as I go, but these are a few things that have genuinely made life feel more balanced for both of us.

What’s something that changed the way you live with your dog?
