Durga Puja from my experiences 😁😁 in Jharkhand and Bihar.. these places has huge influence of West Bengal in the culture.

It all starts with "Shubh Mahamaya" 😊🙏 -
since childhood we have heard so much about mahalaya. We Used to sit and listen to those announcement of the puja inception. The programs on Doordarshan and the sound of crackers.
.
"Pran pratishtha" : we used to go to the naresh pond to take the water as a ritual which means we are bringing and welcoming Maa Durga to the Puja Pandal
.
"Dhunachi/ dhuna dance" : the dance with dhuna, the fragrance of this and the joy around, which makes Puja Pandal full of joy and happiness.
.
"Sindur Khela" : the time when all the ladies apply sindur to each other. Its the time in Noon when we all know that dashahara has arrived. 😊🙏
.
"Visarjan" : the most difficult event in these days, when we all have to bid adeu to Maa Durga with a hope that she will come back next year. We dance and do visarjan of the moorti.... 🌼🙏😊😊

Thanks 🙏 to all the vegetables and fruit vendors and shop keepers who are still serving to the needy people ! It's still risky to go out .. but they are doing everything like any normal day..🥺 because it's one of the essential service.. They also have family and are also vulnerable to this situation ! But still they are doing their job ! .
Let's look at the positive things from this situation, which we generally ignore..👌 hats off to them 😊
.
I personally thank them ! 🙏
