A beautiful evening of women, connection, healing, and holding space. 🌕✨

I’m so grateful for every woman who showed up and shared her presence, her energy, her voice, and her openness. It was such a joy to create a space where we could slow down, connect inward, and explore the energy of the Throat Chakra - our centre of expression, truth and being heard. 💙

There’s something so powerful about women coming together, putting down the noise of everyday life, and simply allowing themselves to be seen, heard and held.

A heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you who came and made the evening so special. 🤍

And a very special thank you to @tarajames1702 for opening the doors to her beautiful new space, hosting us so generously, and keeping me in mind to be part of the launch of @tskitchen.blr . It was such a pleasure to weave healing, community and a beautiful dinner experience together. 🌿🍽️

Here’s to more full moons, more themes, more conversations, more connection and more spaces where women can simply come as they are. 🌕🤍

I’ve been around enough DJs and festivals to hear the same complaints repeatedly, so here’s a little PSA: maybe stop doing these things around the DJ. 😭

This isn't just dancing. It's about moving beyond shame, guilt, fear. The shame that we've been conditioned to hold in our bodies. The guilt that comes about in almost every other aspect of a woman's life. The fear that inhibits us to see our true potential.

This is reconnecting to the creation and flow that we have within us.

Our bodies are so powerful and they're constantly caring for us in their own ways. It's about time that we start listening to what our bodies want to say 🪷

A small movement film on asymmetrical by @dotandthesyllables

i watched Dot live a couple weeks back and couldn't get this track out of my head. As always, the obsession led me to visualising the song with Vasu and shooting up a quick lil vid.

Concept and Direction: @armaantriestoclick
Movement: @vasundhara_iyer
Camera and Lights: @yourworldmylenss
Styling: @kavyajajoo_

From conversations over chai to challenging our inhibitions, it's always a very warm process whipping something up with @vasundhara_iyer . We took our time getting this one done, but so grateful to have such talented friends come together and make fun stuff.

They came alone.
Not because they had no one, but because something within them was quietly asking for more.

More connection.
More truth.
More of themselves.

They arrived as strangers holding stories, wounds, questions they couldn’t always put into words.

Each woman carrying a piece of something that felt missing.

And then… something shifted.

In shared silences.
In laughter that came from the belly.
In tears that didn’t need explaining.
In the simple, sacred act of being seen without judgment, without masks.

What they found here wasn’t just a retreat.
It was safety.
It was softness.
It was a space where they could finally exhale.

They didn’t just find sisterhood in each other, they found solace within themselves.
A deeper trust in their own journey.
A reminder that they were never truly alone.

And somewhere between being held by the space
and held by the women around them, they came home... to themselves 🤍

If you’ve been feeling that quiet pull… this is your sign.
Come as you are. Your sisters are waiting 💕
