The SVAYA yoga retreat not only transformed me, it made me stronger mentally and physically, made me feel so grateful for everything I have, and grew my love of yoga and meditation even more. I feel so lucky to have been apart of the very first SVAYA retreat and even more lucky to have walked away with 11 sisters for life. From showering with spiders to hiking a volcano, I’m proud of the person I am and who I am becoming. 🤍✨🧚🏻‍♂️

Maybe it’s deep rest after months of running on empty.

Maybe it’s time in nature, meaningful connection, movement, reflection, or a more personalised approach to your wellbeing.

There are retreats designed around all of these needs, from quiet sanctuaries and nature immersions to transformational programmes and medical wellness destinations.

The most beautiful place on your feed isn’t automatically the right place for you.

Choose the experience that meets you where you are now.

If you could retreat tomorrow, what would you be looking for: rest, nature, connection, transformation, or wellness support?

Your next adventure is here 🌿 These are just a few of the small (but meaningful) moments you’ll notice when you join us at @kawoqforest for our Guatemala yoga retreat this coming February ✨

This experience is about so much more than practicing yoga. Alongside the healing modalities we’ll share; including yoga, journaling, and Indigenous healing ceremonies, you’ll have the opportunity to slow down and reconnect in a place completely surrounded by nature.

Here, nature becomes part of the experience 🌱 You’ll walk along forest paths beneath the trees on your way to your bungalow, wander through the grounds to join us for meals, and have countless little moments where you get to pause and just notice. Sometimes, the most healing part of a retreat is having the space to step away from the noise and reconnect with yourself, and the natural world around you 💛🌿

Come experience The Forest Within with us in Guatemala 🇬🇹 🧘🏽‍♀️✨

Registration is now open. Reserve your bungalow today at pranaandpeace.com/theforestwithin ✨ Payment plans available 💸

What if you entered 2027 a little differently?

Not with a list of everything you want to accomplish.

Not with pressure to reinvent yourself.

What if you entered 2027 with a little more space to listen.

To your body.
To your energy.
To the quiet things you may not have had space to hear.

Imagine beginning the year beside Lake Atitlán.

Waking up slowly.
Moving your body.
Eating beautiful food.
Resting in the afternoon.
Laughing. Dancing. Connecting.

Six nights where you get to step outside of your usual rhythm and explore what becomes possible when there is more space around you.

This is the intention behind Sol Bloom.

A 7-day somatic retreat for women in Guatemala, created as an invitation into movement, rest, ritual, connection, and spaciousness.

January 18–24, 2027
Lake Atitlán, Guatemala

There are currently 10 Tier 2 spaces remaining.

Tier 2 pricing is available through October 31st.

A $500 deposit reserves your space, and flexible monthly payment plans are available through December 1.

If you’ve found yourself thinking about Sol Bloom, you’re welcome to take a closer look.

Read through the details.
Feel into the investment.
Notice what comes up as you imagine yourself there.

You don’t have to force a yes.

You can simply listen.

And maybe that’s part of the invitation, too.

To begin the year in relationship with yourself, rather than immediately reaching for the next thing.

What if 2027 began with listening?

« Couper le monde pendant 10 jours pour découvrir que le plus grand bruit venait de l’intérieur. »

Il y a presque un an, j’ai vécu Vipassana.

10 jours de silence.
10 heures de méditation par jour.
Sans téléphone, sans musique, sans livre, sans conversations.
Juste moi, face à mon mental, mes peurs, mes blessures et tout ce que je pouvais habituellement éviter.

J’ai pleuré.
J’ai résisté.
Je me suis questionnée.
