Mental Health is important! Remember to take breaks in between your work times. Also, my getaway from a long day today was practicing (and just literally playing what’s on my mind). It’s been a minute doing so! 🖤 #MyShiningHour #bebopjazz

R H Y T H M rhythm is the best of the them . yes they truly where the best of them . But that could not be possible with out 3 of the most amazing RA’s . from shevonna saying “ do you know what time it is ‘ , to carissa with her deep quotes and fun dance parties , to Kayla with the adventures shopping trips in to blacksburg , 7elven and starbucks . With out these 3 wonderful woman rhythm would not be rhythm . Thats why we want to thank them from the bottom of our hearts . We want to thank them for the time they would send small chats saying “ girls its past quiet hours i should not be able to hear you , so that we could be well rested for the long days ahead of us .we want to thank you for the amazing huddles and fun evening activities , so we all could loosen up and let out all the emotions after a very tiring day at vt . We want to thank them for caring and loving us as their own . We want to thank them for checking up on us everyday and drying our tears when some of us were not okay . Rhythm i just wanted to let you guys know that i am soo proud of you guys and that i feel honoured that i was part of this amazing pod . i know you guys have very bright futures ahead of you and lots lof opportunities.
