Looking for a weekend hangout away from the dizzying pace of the metro? BRB offers a change of pace with Volume 2 of its cocktail menu, which retains the original’s newspaper-inspired format, coded references, and Prohibition-era storytelling.

Featuring eight signature cocktails and six classics, the menu spotlights Filipino ingredients, from Kapeng Barako and muscovado to coconut, greenhouse herbs, and honey harvested right at the resort. The team has also revisited each drink, rethinking both flavor and presentation.

The BRB team will also shake behind the bar at @cantebar in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, this Friday, October 16, serving a selection of their signature cocktails. If you're in Mongolia, drop by for a taste of BRB's signature cocktails!

October 16 | Friday

TYFF EXPLORES | Hong Kong series Part 4 🇭🇰

What I’ll remember most about this night isn’t just the guest shift … it’s the people who made it happen and amazing women I bonded with 🥰

So much gratitude for being part of Women & Tipple and for sharing the space with such inspiring women from lifestyle brands to creatives and guest bartenders. Different stories, different industries, but one unforgettable evening.

Thank you to Drink Collective @drinkcollectiv for creating this platform and bringing everyone together across cities and backgrounds.

To Avoca Bar @avocahongkong and Mondrian Hong Kong @mondrianhongkong for being the perfect host and venue beautiful space, amazing energy, and such a supportive team throughout the night.

Special thanks to Rolf, and the entire Avoca crew who guided us from rehearsals to the actual shift and patiently helped us navigate the bar.

To Cat, Marketing Director of Mondrian Hong Kong, and Dirk, General Manager, for the warm welcome and for making everything run smoothly. 🥰🙏

Grateful as well to the women who shared the stage and the bar, and to everyone who came by, tried the cocktails, and supported the experience.

And of course, thank you Una Ricci @unaricci for the looks that carried me through the night from founder to bartender.

A night of collaboration, creativity, and stepping outside my comfort zone.

From my lens… worth exploring. 🍸

The biggest celebration of Filipino cocktail culture is back, and it’s entering a new chapter. 🎉🇵🇭

The Philippine Cocktail Fiesta returns in November 2026 with an expanded program and new experiences.

The heartbeat started in Manila. Now, it’s time to amplify the rhythm across the islands and throughout Asia. Ahead of the main festival, the "Fiesta Exchange" takes Filipino bartenders to bars across Asia through a series of international guest takeovers, connecting the Philippines with hospitality communities across the region.

Beginning this year, the Fiesta introduces an annual rotating-host-city program, bringing the celebration to different Philippine destinations while keeping Manila connected to its ongoing story.

Each edition will celebrate the host city’s bar scene, culinary culture, tourism, and creative communities.

A different city. A different experience. Every year. Where will the Fiesta take us next? Watch this space.

Oto in Poblacion, Makati, unveils "Everything Is a Remix", a new 15-cocktail menu inspired by music and the reinterpretation of classic drinks. Expect playful highballs, savory sours, and other inventive serves, alongside a lineup of new bar bites.

Among our favorites are Flava In Ya Ear, @alexandjavier's pick for guests looking for something distinctly Filipino, Tom Tom Club, a whisky sour variation that swaps the usual egg white for a zabaione-style foam, and fizzy drink Killa Lipstick, which has already become one of the menu's most-ordered cocktails.

Everything Is a Remix is now pouring at Oto, giving regulars and first-timers 15 new reasons to pull up a seat.
