Lights down. Mic on.

The curtain goes up on Centre Street, and this Halloween the whole house is the cast.

Halloween The Musical: Late Night Karaoke with Broadway's own Ben Davis as he hosts an evening to remember.

Pick your number, grab the mic and give the room everything you’ve got. Solo, duet or the full company, the stage is yours.

Friday October 30 | 10pm till late
Specials from the kitchen and the bar all night, Ben running the show, and costumes warmly welcomed. No rehearsal needed. Stage fright is optional.

249 Centre Street. Reserve via Resy.

Who’s taking the mic?

Another year, another murder.

Mesdames et messieurs, the big top has come to Centre Street, and not everyone in the troupe will make it to the final bow.

Cirque du Centre: Murder Under the Big Top

Find a stool, order something good and start asking questions. Who did it, with what, and where in the house did it happen?

October 30 | 6 to 9:30pm
Arrive any time before 9pm to play. Specials from the kitchen and the list, prizes for the sharpest detectives, and costumes, circus or otherwise, warmly welcomed. Taking part is optional. Strongly, strongly encouraged.

The show must go on. Will you solve it?

I turned 31! I really don’t know how it happened. Funnily enough I’m still mostly the 15-year-old from Torreón who fell in love with New York the way other people fall in love with a person they’ve only seen in photographs.
Here are some beliefs at 31:
1. I really believe in immigrants
2. I believe in New York (and Paris too)
4. I believe in libraries
5. I believe in hearty portions
6. I believe most in my friends, who are smart, hot, funny and relentlessly optimistic.
7. I believe you should be nice
8. I believe you should work hard and have fun
9. I believe we’re all more alike than we think
10. I believe in chairs
Thank you to everyone who came to the Chair Development Program.
