800m work never lies 💨🔥 The ladies getting after it today at practice, building strength, rhythm, and toughness one rep at a time. The goal isn’t just to run fast… it’s to compete when it hurts. Work now. Results later. 📈 #tracklife #800m #MiddleDistance #TrackAndField #womenwhorun
