Well… that’s a wrap on MI Camp. 🥹🦋
Economy of words? Not today. 😂

Months of studying, practicing, teaching, Zoom calls, feedback, overthinking, learning, and a LOT of Pilates later… my work for @peakpilates Master Instructor Camp is officially DONE.

But there is absolutely no way I made it to this finish line alone.

Zoey and Courtney; thank you for sharing so much of your wisdom with us, answering our thousands (and I do mean thousands 😂) of questions, challenging us, encouraging us, and pouring so much into this group.

And to my mentors @movementdesignedtofeelgood thank you for being so generous with your knowledge, for answering even more of my questions 😂, for pushing me to keep growing, and for helping shape the teacher I am becoming. Thank you encouraging me to let loose, find the joy in this work, and to reward myself 💁🏼‍♀️

To my amazing MI Camp cohort. 🥹 What a group of humans. We truly went through it ALL together; losses, wins, highs, lows, tears, laughs, and everything in between. Getting to finally be together in Vegas made this whole experience even more special. I started this journey with a group of teachers spread all over the world and somehow finished it with friends I know I’ll have for life. I’m calling it now: next PES, we MUST all go. 😂💙

To my local Peak teachers who jumped in without hesitation for drills, labs, workshops, practice teaching, videos, and everything else I somehow needed along the way. I am so incredibly grateful for you.

I feel so lucky to be part of a community that is this supportive and connected, even when we’re spread across the globe.

And here we are. We made it to the finish line. 🥹

Like @pilates.solutions reminded us, we didn’t have to run the race alone. And I think that might be one of my favorite things I’m taking away from this whole experience.

Now for the hardest part…
