This past week, I found myself reflecting, looking at the women around me, the women I run with- as heavy as last week was, my heart is full of love & gratitude for them! I’ve felt so convicted and checked, asking what can I do better or be intentional about, to protect the phenomenal women I run with?!

Every woman deserves to run free! Not calculating the risk! Not looking over her shoulder! Not wondering if she’ll make it home. Not running in fear!!!!

Running has given me so much — joy, strength, healing, good health, community and a space where I feel safe and seen!

I’m grateful for the people who help make me feel safe, and most importantly my husband who creates the safest space for me always! But I don’t want safety to be something only some of us experience!!!! I want our running community to be a place where we look out for one another, check in, run together and speak up. Let’s keep each one another accountable, let’s do better running community!

I refuse to believe the lie! God is still in control! Our country is so beautiful and full of love and light! Fear is not our future! Our future is hope, safety & running free!

To the women in my life, pictured and not pictured, thank you❤️

Thank you for blessing me with your presence, your love, your strength, your passion, your resilience, your beauty, but most of all, your heart.

Thank you for simply being YOU.

And to the men out there, let’s take care of our women. Protect them. Respect them. Appreciate them. Listen to them. Love them. Celebrate their strength, but also give them the space to be vulnerable, to rest, to feel and simply be.

The women in our lives give so much of themselves, often without asking for anything in return.

Let’s make sure they know just how valued, appreciated and loved they are.

To all the incredible women in my life, I see you. I appreciate you. I celebrate you. And I am grateful for you❤️

BEHIND EVERY RUN, SHE’S THERE.

She’s probably photographed you looking fast af. She’s probably also photographed you looking like your legs have left the chat…

This Women’s Month, we’re celebrating the women whose creativity, passion & perspective shape the stories of our running community. The ones who quietly capture the moments that become our memories.

Meet Kay ❤️‍🔥

RUNNERS.

If you want to run better, you need to train smarter.

At FORGE, we’re building a seriously strong running community focused on more than just mileage.

Kettlebells help runners build:
🔥 Power for hills
🔥 Stability under fatigue
🔥 Stronger core + posterior chain
🔥 Better endurance
🔥 Less injury

And honestly?
Most runners feel the difference within weeks.

Right gang?

More strength.
More control.
More engine when everyone else fades.

Whether you’re chasing PBs, HYROX, trail season or simply want to stop breaking down every few months…

Come train with us.
RUNNERS TRAIN AT FORGE.

For group training, whack us a DM and we will sort ya right out.
We got you.
