At Montana Performance Labs we believe high level strength and conditioning is for everyone.

That means strength training, plyometics, mobility, power, AND conditioning all work hand in hand during our adult classes to make a well rounded program that allows you to attack the mountains, intramural fields, Ironmans, strength sport competitions, hard climbs, or any other endeavors you wish to pursue in your adult life.

We believe that fitness is a way of life, and that means attacking it from all sides so you don’t have to GET ready, you STAY READY‼️

Yesterday was exactly what I needed. 🤍

It wasn’t just about the lifts today — it was about the people. I got to spend time with 3 incredible baddies who reminded me how important it is to have people around you who genuinely support you, hype you up, and pour love into you during the hard seasons. Prep can be exhausting, but moments like this refill my cup in ways I can’t explain.

Due to my extreme time management during this prep I have neglected other important aspects. I need to try to be better at slowing down and soaking in those moments with the ladies when we get to see each other at the gym.

Strong bodies are built in the gym… but strong minds and hearts are built by the people standing beside you. 🖤✨

PRIMe Athlete Meet Recap:
🚨Kaya Calder🚨

Squat: 117.5kg/259lbs
Bench: 80kg/176lbs
Deadlift: 150kg/330lbs

Kaya and her coach @salvatperformance were dialed the whole time for this long prep coming into the meet. A couple PR’s later and it was a very successful meet. This is just scratching the surface of the journey for Kaya in powerlifting and we are extremely excited to see her grow!
