There’s really three parts to length retention.

1) moisture
2) diet
3) leaving your hair ALONE

And as someone with loads of it, I prefer to leave it alone and braid it up during the hot Texas summer months. I prefer not to wash my own hair because I can’t see and clean my scalp how I like it however @benextcollective can with her braid services that INCLUDE a wash & deep condition. Hello.
