Karl loves the 8 week elite physique 🚀🚀🚀

Second time round for @kayhaychbee 🙌

First time round he absolutely smashed it, so he came back to do it all again ✅

Karl is a big fan of having a time period in which he has to give it his all (even with a few holidays right in the middle) 😂

Karl once again smashed it dropping 12.5cm from the waist and 6lbs ✅

He’s now off on holiday again and no doubt we will see him on the next 8 week elite physique 🙌👌

Enjoy the holiday mate and congrats on smashing it once again 🙌

“Not felt like this round a pool for a long time”

This.

This is everything, the is why we do what we do.

@kayhaychbee absolutely smashed the 8 week elite physique, coming away with a hell of a lot more than just a good physique transformation, health, confidence and mindset is something Karl can take away from this too 👌

A massive well done Karl, enjoy the holiday ☀️

8 week elite physique - @kayhaychbee - 15.6 lbs dropped ✅

Karl absolutely smashed the 8 week elite physique, getting stronger, leaner, fitter and completely changing his daily eating habits ✅

His main goal was to, build muscle and strength, lose fat and look good on holidays, Karl goes on holiday at the end of April, we are now in the process of building his maintenance calories up while keeping him in this condition 👌

Why are we building his calories up?
Simple, the higher we can get your maintenance, the more food you’ll be able to enjoy on holiday without gaining excess fat 👌

I alway try to get clients in the best shape possible as quickly and as efficiently as possible, leaving 3-4 weeks before the holiday to give us time to get that maintenance up ✅

Are you ready to get holiday ready? Drop me a message today 👌
