🥳🤩JUNE RECAP😎☀️

This month was jampacked with cool stuff happening outside the gym! ⭐️First, thanks so much to @kayherr20 For organizing our trip out to Lukenbach Texas! Got to see some Texas singer-song writers and the heat wasn’t too bad in the shade!💁🏼‍♀️😎

We also had a great turn out to my mom’s art show down at @dockspacegallery ! It was a million degrees but it was fun hanging out and seeing everyone outside the gym! (I even wore a collared shirt)💁🏼‍♀️😂🤣

And finally, I took a couple days out to Boston after seeing some of my guys compete in the #USStrongmanNationals2022 out in New Hampshire! 🏋️

Also wanted to highlight some of the various squats we’ve got going on and some killer progress! @sinha.ccma has adapted to yet another form of training as he’s incorporated some strength training to aid his performance on the track, in the pool, and on the bike! 🏃🏊‍♂️🚴

@utdoug has been SMOKING his barbell squatting after finally convincing us to let him put a barbell on his back😂

Also wanted to include @wendytdds and @parkehedges demoing some perfect form on these squat variations. Just one of the ways we try to adapt the training to the individual and their specific needs! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

And last but not least, we FINALLY got hit with a covid quarantine as our head coach @d_money.18 had to sit out a week. Still made the meetings though and we were STOKED to have him back! ⭐️🤘🏽😎
