Kayla’s Mini Photoshoot Journey.

Kayla did not make this decision on the spur of moment. She has decided after a year later that she would finally do the photoshoot prep.

Kayla understood the risk of going into this prep, like anyone should before starting.
The pros and the cons.
The commitment.
The sacrifice.

We both made sure that Kayla was ready. I made sure that she would communicate with me every single week. Day by day.

As you’ve already seen, Kayla was already lean. It was just a matter of a 14 weeks prep to show years of hard work from training in the gym and playing football consistently. Kayla went on a cut before about 2 years ago but this time it was done in consistent and proper! Ever since then, she was always in maintenance/ surplus. She was intuitively eating over the last few years so this style of coaching was new to Kayla.

She did not achieve this muscle look in 14 weeks. Kayla played football all her life + trained consistently in the gym 4-5x week. It was just a matter of cutting down bodyfat to show the muscle mass underneath ✂️

There has been small struggles here and there but the last few weeks of her prep flew. Kayla came to my studio for me to train her here and there for the extra push. She has showed up when she didn’t want to. She kept pushing and pushing and didn’t give up.

Kayla was following a meal plan but she also tracked her own calories and macros that was given to her. I trusted Kayla doing this as she was always smart with her food choices. She would always make sure she had plenty of nutrients ie seeds, plenty of veggies to bulk up her meals, water intake etc. This girl still ate lots of yummy meals somehow 🍽️

Throughout this entire prep, Kayla made me so proud of her. There are no words and I keep repeating myself to her but I cannot say it enough. She has literally killed it.

So what’s happening with Kayla now?
Right now, the post shoot affect can have an impact as we did already communicate before starting the journey.
Kayla’s focus now is to get stronger, bring her calories back up, improve fitness health especially when playing football.

Kayla’s upper session getting done ✅

Can we appreciate how INSANE she looks!🤩

The hard work she has been putting in🤝 - the results says it all 🔑

BUT we’re not done yet 😉

We have peeled back the session just a small bit by focusing on feeling every single rep just having that push with 1 rep failure.

Just less than a week to go😎📸

The excitement 👊🏻
