Big Blue Track & Field workouts in full swing on Wednesdays and Fridays over at @championmillfitness ! Thankful for the chance to use this space for the next few months. Doesn’t matter if you’re fast, slow, sprinter, distance, jumper, or thrower, come on out.

Email going out on Final Forms soon for more info on winter break workouts and waivers if you haven’t already filled them out.

Could not be more proud of this team. A lot of people stepping up into events they’ve never done and grinding to get the team points. Track is mostly an individual sport but everyone really came together as a team tonight! Girls finish 1st overall at the Winton Woods meet and Boys finish 2nd. There were PRs by nearly everyone in open events and almost every relay finished in medal position. This is especially sweet for the girls as the past few years we’ve hardly enough to field a team. Not only do we have a full slate this year, but these girls are COMPETITIVE. Many of them came to every offseason workout including over winter break so seeing the payoff come spring is huge. Back to work….
