SWIPE FOR MORE SHOTS!
🎄❤️🧣Christmas can be filled with a lot of magical joy that can come in the form of presents, movies, field trips, cookies, etc. These are all great, but in the process of all this festive fun, the whole reason for the season can be swept under the rug.🎄❤️🧣
I'm all for these jubilant traditions, but it's more important to celebrate Jesus during this time. I try to do a few things every year that focus on Christ. I like to surprise my girls with tea time breakfasts. This particular one is centered on Jesus. Here are the four things I did besides decorating the table....

1. Make Gingerbread Pancakes
2. Read a Christmas Story
3. Listen to Handel's Messiah
4. Go over the names of Jesus' Ornaments

This lovely picture book is of Luke 2 from the Bible, with beautiful illustrations. We watch and listen to Handel's Messiah on YouTube and see if we can find the many names of Jesus. Then, I have many Christmas ornaments scattered on the table that have the names of Jesus. (There are a lot, so I don't use them all. Instead, I save the others for another activity focused on Jesus) We read and discuss the names of Jesus in the ornaments. This is a new tradition, but it is quickly becoming a fan favorite.
How do you focus on Jesus this Christmas season?

🍁Hey Fashion Fall Divas!🍁
What are you wearing these days? 🧣🧥
SWIPE TO SEE ALL THE SHOTS KAYLA AND I TOOK!

@kaylafchase and I are coming at ya with our favorite fall get ups and we are coming in hot with @kjp sweaters! There is nothing more festive than dressing for the season!
Have you collected any of the @kieljamespatrick sweaters?

I was lucky enough to visit the @kieljamespatrick store last week and pick up a few items. I'm sporting my lucky jeans in this shot as well as black cozy uggs. I literally feel like a comfort fashion queen...which basically feels like I have arrived upon the cat walk....a really relaxed comfortable one. There's nothing better than comfort in my books, especially as the weather turns.
