Incoming…💼🫡
This was one of the best events I’ve ever been to.
The @rawnutrition booth was absolutely flooded and people had an experience‼️
I’m so lucky to be apart of such an amazing team with dedicated and hardworking people. This one was for the books… Till next time 🤝❤️‍🔥

Part 1 of Pilates x Mimosa’s!

Huge shoutout to everyone that came to support! From vendors, other businesses who donated, friends and family, to people who decided to try something new and get out of their comfort zone, i’m so grateful for you! Even more thanks to @hogheavenrestaurant and @breesabin for collaborating on this with me and also @47.productions for the awesome video! If you missed this one, don’t worry there’s more where this came from! 🧘‍♀️🥂

here are a few more opinions about spin fit !
there are so many of us that are too intimated, or nervous to take a class in general, but i wanted to give you a taste of a class that i truly adore down to my core.

when i went to my first class, it was the first time i was going to something like that by myself and it terrified me. and the reason i wanted to go ? to find community, people who share a similar love for fitness while still being able have a good time, and the energy that comes to life while being in that room. so i pushed myself and went to my first indoor cycling class that ended up leading me to become that person to push you to be your best and show up for YOU! just so you know, im so happy i pushed myself to go and whether you like the class or not, you will be happy you at least tried! who knows, maybe you’ll get addicted ;) i have 🤍🤍
