Today was my last day at Hairstory 🧡 Most of you here may know me for doing photography, but there’s another side of my career that happens behind the scenes. Over the past 3.5 years, I’ve had the opportunity to spearhead all things content across the brand. From building community on social and creating viral Reels/TikToks to leading large-scale productions and partnering with creators & hairdressers. But beyond all of that, one of the most meaningful part of this chapter has been the people. To the everyone I’ve had the pleasure of working with: thank you for your trust, your talent, and for making the work so rewarding. It’s bittersweet to be closing this chapter, but I’m forever grateful for everything I’ve learned, created, and experienced here. Cheers to the next chapter! Sharing a few of my favorite frames from my time here at @hairstorystudio 🌟

Me in my element. Skateboards, hair, my hair industry peers? Like you couldn’t ask me for a better day. Editorial work has always been at my core, and being able to lead people to create their own work will forever be one of my favorite things to do. Thank you for supporting me and capturing these moments @cliffbjames . Forever grateful for you Check out my last post for a preview of this campaign for @local_honey shot by @andrewdoeshair directed by me! #behindthescenes #btcscenes #editorial #blackandwhite #skatepark

Core @disneychannel millenial right here 🙋🏻‍♀️ I remember watching Disney Channel everyday after school, and I specifically remember watching the "Outside Looking In" music video. Such a full circle moment to have @iamjordanpruitt in front of my lens years later in Nashville 📷💛 I'm proud of how far you've come, @iamjordanpruitt, and can't wait for this release! Throwback to my session with @cavina last year. I loved working with a team of artists and creating something that felt fashion-forward and sleek. Would love to book more studio time for August! DM me or inquire on my website if you are looking for a new set of branding portraits.

It’s been so fashionable to cut hair with a razor these last few years. So I shall just say this. It’s not the tool that makes something fashionable or of the moment. The tool is purely a means to an end. Having an eye for detail, suitability & form with function. Craftsmanship is key to creating something not only fashionable but functional & durable. In a world gone completely bonkers I hold on to doing hair with intention, consideration & joy. Big Love To All You Lovers💙 #behindthechair #hairbrained_official #hairbrained #crafthairdresser #haircuttutorial modernsalon salonhair hairinspo hairmodel hairtv hairvideoshow americansalon haircutter hairnerd hairvideos elevatehair hairstyle hairart fashionhair hairfashion hairtutorial hairstagram hairdressing hairdressersjournal creativehair
