Student directing has been one of the most fun experiences I've had in theater and I'm so beyond grateful for this opportunity. This cast has been so trusting throughout the whole process and I am so so happy we picked this show. I love my directors and stage manager and cast so much and I'm really gonna miss the rehearsals at Eden's house and laughing about the most dumb things ever. But doing this reminded me why I love storytelling, why theater is so important, and why I love this craft. Thank you, Boxes, for the wonderful time we all had together. Much much love

Monsoon Miscast 2025! 🎭✨: ･ﾟ*

President here! This past Saturday, we held our annual Monsoon Miscast, and it was truly a night to remember. From the moment the lights came up to the final bow, every student brought their absolute best. We are so unbelievably proud of these performers for pouring their hearts into their numbers, especially during these last stressful weeks of the semester.

Mac Here!

This weekend, VVHS hosted All-State Show Choir auditions for the second time. The students did so well and made me so proud. They displayed pride in their school and dedication to kindness and their craft.

I am so thrilled to announce that we had the MOST students in school history be selected for all-state show choir. In no particular order,

SOPRANOS
Brooke Norman - 9th chair
Kayla Patnod - 15th Chair

ALTOS
Stephanie Maya - 2nd chair
Cora Griffen - 5th chair
Rosalind Batstone - 8th chair
Kenzi Felder - 15th chair
Zariah Byas - 16th chair
Aftynn Bennett - 32nd chair
Leah Hill - 33rd chair
Lydia Williams - 34th chair

TENORS
Quinten Black - 13th chair
Max Brumbaugh - 14th chair
Sam Mills - 3rd alternate

BASSES
Garret Suesue - 6th chair
Floyd Daughters IV - 7th chair
Roman Kelly - 11th chair

Also, for the first time in school history, the entire choir council made all-state. What a wonderful group of leadership kids. So so proud of them.

We are so grateful to @sofieharris_ and @caddierae for helping us prepare for these auditions.

I finally made a graduation post. I’m a “little” late. I am glad to say I experienced High-school with these people. Now time to close Act 1 ⭐️and Start on Act 2🎓
