There will never be words to fully describe the feeling of putting a bet on yourself with your best friend years ago and watching that bet turn into a powerhouse of an agency.

What makes these photos even more special to me is that every single person in it knows what it means to take a risk on themselves. To bet on their potential and go after something without knowing exactly where it will lead.

This past week, we hosted our first ever agency trip, and to say it couldn’t have worked out better would be an understatement.

Every one of these incredible humans has not only trusted us with their brands and careers, but has played a real part in the growth of this company. Bringing together people from all over the country who had never met and watching them leave genuinely close was something I’ll never forget. It’s a pretty damn good feeling, and a testament to the intentionality behind building a curated agency with the right people.

Seeing this come to life was easily one of the biggest career highlights I’ve had. After spending the last few years working tirelessly to build something I’m genuinely proud of, getting to step back and see the community we’ve created was incredibly rewarding.

To every person in these photos: thank you for being hardworking, driven, trusting us, and allowing my team and I to build alongside you. Getting to play a role in building your careers and helping bring your dreams to life is something I’ll never take for granted.

A room full of people who bet on themselves. I couldn’t be more proud to be in it.

Much love, @hgdigital ❤️

Words cannot even begin to explain the overwhelming amount of gratitude I feel after this week with @hgdigital 💚

Looking at all the photos and videos of girls who drove & flew hours to attend our first ever agency trip is truly such a surreal feeling. Thinking back to all the years of building out this agency, all the trials and tribulations that came with it and all the growth we have seen never ceases to amaze me.

Each and every one of these incredible humans has contributed to our growth as a company and we wouldn’t be here with out all the hard work and dedication from every single one of our talent. Watching everyone get along as if they’ve known each other for years was the most rewarding sight to see and a testament to the work and effort we put into curating a roster of likeminded and hard working individuals.

Seeing this event come to life and getting to meet our girls in person this week was a massive blessing and a huge milestone in my career. I thank each and every one of you for being so kind, hardworking, and trusting my team to bring your dreams to life.

So much love🤍
