Dear pierce county softball, THANK YOU I have made so many memories that I will cherish and carry with me forever. It’s hard to believe that something that has been such a big part of my life for the past four years has came to a end. every memory, and every moment spent with my teammates means more to me than words could ever explain. I’m so grateful I got to play my last year with my sister my last year and I hope I left a great example for all of my teammates and up coming girls. Being able to play center field for the lady bears , I got to experience so many moments that I will never forget. From making plays on the field to cheering my teammates on, celebrating our wins, and pushing through the hard times together, every second was worth it. It was never just about softball. It was about the friendships I made, the bonds we built, the lessons I learned, and the people who made this journey so special
Walking away from high school softball is not easy because I am not just leaving a sport behind. I am leaving behind a chapter of my life that helped shape me into the person I am today. Four years of memories, hard work, dedication, and love for this game will always be a part of me. I will forever be grateful for my coaches, my teammates, and everyone who supported me along the way. I’m forever grateful that I got to wear my uniform, represent my team, and play the game I love. 💙

Dear Pierce County Softball,

Thank you for everything.

Thank you for the coaches who believed in me, pushed me, and never gave up on me. Thank you to my teammates, you became my sisters, and I will carry our memories, bus rides, practices, and battles together forever.

Thank you for teaching me how to work hard when it was hard, how to be a good teammate, and how to show up for other people. You taught me who I am.

Through every high and low, this game and this family were constant for me. On days when I struggled to see my own worth, you gave me a purpose and a place to belong.

This last year will stay with me forever. I am so thankful that I got to wear Pierce County across my chest and use the platform God gave me to share His goodness in my life.

This isn’t goodbye to the love I have for this program — it’s just thank you. I will be cheering you on always.

Love,
