Welp.

There was no fun, quick remark I could put on this. This sport has given and taken so much from me and I'm coming out of it with so much. Thank you so much for the memories, the lessons, the strength, the friends, the community.
Thank you to my teammates for being there for all those early morning practices and the meet trips that felt like we were gping to move into the hotel. Post long run coffee will never be the same without you.
Thank you to the trainers who kept me healthy when my body refused to be and for helping me navigate the plethora of health issue that popped up along the way.
Thank you Luke for so much. I am beyond grateful to have had you as my coach and for the things you helped me achieve. I have too many words for you so be prepared for a text.
There is no way I could package the highs and lows of my college career into a post. I guess its time to move on to the next thing. See you at the next start line🤍

April is child abuse prevention month & our friends at @tedibearcac are asking local businesses to wear blue this month to shine some light & raise awareness 🧸💙

You may remember TEDI BEAR from our Tedi Bear Trot back in December 👟 TEDI BEAR is one of hundreds of children’s advocacy centers throughout the United States. Children’s advocacy centers not only provide medical evaluation and care for children, but help to facilitate cooperation between the other healthcare, legal, social service, law enforcement, and mental health services that children need when they have been abused or neglected.

Join us in wearing blue this month! 💙
