CAMP DAY 1 ❤️⭐️💪🏼

We were lucky enough to start the day off with Miss Greater Salt Lake, @maddie.dahl ! She taught us strong team dynamics and how to communicate between coaches and athletes. Such valuable lessons for safe cheer environments 🤍📣

We are so excited to showcase our stunt routines this season and are ready to learn more! Thank you to @ucaupdates for helping us! Plus, we’re feeling pretty good in our @strivecheerleading gear😍

Then we ended our day with a pool party at Jacqui’s house! 🩷👙

BRING ON DAY 2 🙌🏼

Love working out stunts you see here on social media. 🤩

One thing I’ve learned after years of coaching? Sometimes a stunt looks impossible… and it goes up on the first try. Other times you think, “That’ll be easy,” and it humbles you real quick.

Videos don’t always show the timing, trust, technique, and hundreds of reps behind the skill.

That’s the fun of coaching—you never really know until you put hands on it. 🧡
