Not your typical graduation, but nothing I’ve ever done has been. In Kelsea standards it was perfect!

Your softball career really does end on a random Friday. Goodbye softball it’s been real and it’s been fun 😚💙

Thank you, softball💌

Thank you for becoming such a huge part of who I am. From the long practices, bus rides, and early mornings to the unforgettable wins and heartbreaking losses, you gave me memories I will carry forever.

You taught me discipline when I wanted to quit, resilience when things got hard, and confidence when I doubted myself. You showed me how to lead, how to trust others, and how to keep showing up even on the toughest days. Because of you, I know what it means to be a part of something bigger than myself.

I never imagined my journey would end this way, but I trust that God has a greater plan for my life beyond the field. Even through the heartbreak of a career ending injury, I will always be grateful for the opportunity to wear “Augusta” across my chest and to play the sport I love!

Softball, you gave me purpose, passion, and a lifetime of memories. No matter where life takes me, a part of me will always belong to you! 🤍

Growing up, softball has always been my constant and steady. It has been one of my biggest successes and heartbreaks, but it continued to choose me every day, even on the days I didn’t want to choose it. It has brought me the best memories, friends, and lessons that I’m beyond thankful for. From day one, I’ve had the ones I love cheering me on and always being in my corner every step of the way. Little did I know that learning to pitch in the backyard with my dad, because his rec ball team didn’t have a pitcher, would lead me to playing four years at my hometown university. What a privilege and blessing it is to have something that’s so sad and bittersweet to walk away from. Thanks to softball, I now walk into a new chapter a little more prepared.

Got my first bat and glove at my 4th birthday party. 18 years later and it’s still my favorite thing to do….

So blessed God gave me the opportunity to play the sport I love so much for as long as possible. Shoutout to @aug_softball for bringing me best friends🩵
