Every event has a story—and this one deserved to be told. 🎙️✨

Instead of just showing what happened, we wanted you to hear it from the women who experienced it.

From building confidence to creating genuine connections, the Baddies Glow Social was about so much more than content—it was about community.

Here’s what they had to say. 🤍

Still trying to recover from a night we’ll never forget. 🌴🍹✨

What started as an idea turned into a place full of the people who make the Permian Basin event industry what it is. DJs, photographers, planners, venues, bartenders, caterers, rental companies, creatives, and so many more… all under one roof, not to work, but to celebrate each other.

To every sponsor, every vendor, every guest, and every bombshell who showed up and made the villa come alive… thank you. You believed in this vision, and because of that, WTP@?! Texas made one unforgettable first impression.

Swipe through a few of our favorite moments. This was only the beginning. 🫶

See you at the next one. 🌴✨

❤️‍🔥To Our Baddies Glow Social Partners

There are not enough words to express how grateful we are for each and every one of you.

When Steff and I first dreamed up Baddies Glow Social, we envisioned a space where women could come together to feel confident, supported, inspired, and empowered.
What we didn’t realize was just how many incredible businesses and individuals would step forward to help bring that vision to life.

Your generosity, belief in our mission, and willingness to pour into this event has meant more than you know.
From sponsorships and swag bag donations to giveaways, services, venue support, media coverage, and every contribution in between—you helped create an experience that our attendees will remember long after the event ends.

This event is proof that when communities come together and support women, beautiful things happen.
We are so honored to have partnered with businesses that believe in connection over competition and in creating opportunities for others to shine.

Thank you for trusting us, supporting us, and helping us build something special for Midland.
We are beyond grateful to have you as part of the Baddies Glow Social family.

With so much love and appreciation,

One month from today. 🌴🔥

One month until the West Texas event industry stops working someone else’s event and finally shows up to their own.

One month until the vendors, the creators, the planners, the DJs, the decorators…ALL of us…are in the same room, on the same night, as the GUESTS.

This doesn’t happen. Except on 06.20.2026. And it’s almost here.

🎟️ Tickets are live — don’t wait. Link in bio.

From shy beginners to full-fledged runway alter egos ✨💃

More moments from the very first Rose Theory Model Development Workshop 🌹

For the runway portion, our models were styled by Hanna Carrasco of Coco Bananas and took to the runway under the guidance of guest instructor J. Riley, with assistance from Reese Green.

This was their chance to step into their runway personas and put everything they learned into action—channeling confidence, presence, and individuality with every step.

Watching each model transform and embrace their alter ego on the runway was such a powerful reminder that modeling is about more than just the walk; it’s about owning who you are and expressing it boldly.

What would you like to see at our next Rose Theory Model Development Workshop? Let us know in the comments below! 👇🌹
