SO MUCH LOVE 🫶🏽

Last Friday some of my beautiful clients celebrated 3 years of this one woman show 💃🏼
How grateful I am for all of you + the ladies who couldn’t make it! It wouldn’t be what it is without all of you 🤍

FIXED MINDSET vs GROWTH MINDSET 🧠

Have you ever talked yourself out of something because you simply told yourself “ I CANT ”?

Instead of thinking “I don’t like to be challenged” believe “Challenges help me grow”

Well this woman right here will prove the benefits in doing just that & having a growth mindset!

🔸Loaded sleds 160kg
🔸Added body weight (me) 60kg -
(This was a push that I thought would be a challenge but of course she did it without hesitation).
🔸THEN goes on to shock us all by accepting the challenge & switch’s added body weight with the man himself CK, who weighs 140kg
🔶Total weight =300kg 😳

Yep!!

And you better believe it she pushed it 👏🏾

@kaznagan never backs down from a challenge.
I’ve been training her from home for 3 years & FINALLY get her in my gym.
Walks in with hesitation of not knowing equipment, where to start or how to utilise it.
We got her comfortable and knowledgeable with machines & then finished with sleds!… and walked out with CONFIDENCE!

The reality most of us have;
🔶unsure of “what to do” & “how to use machines”.
🔶Unsure of yourself & what you CAN do?

Change your fixed mindset to a Growth mindset and watch yourself overcome the fear you will be surprised of your own potential.

HITTING GOALS 👏🏾

Now this was a massive win tonight & deserves its own post.
Using her “Growth Mindset” failure was an opportunity to grow.
Karlie’s goal was to attempt the Plyo box jump but wasn’t confident she would clear it. So she tried a different strategy & started with an aerobic step.
Moving on to an outdoor step, she then tackled a platform ( a few cms short of the plyo box) and absolutely nailed it!

Super proud to watch you tackle this obstacle and conquer it @kaznagan. 🤩 Always determined to set your goals high and not give up!
