Nobody understands how life changing running really is until they step outside and run.. It changes everything. Your habits suddenly change to have more time for running.. You change your diet to run longer and faster. Your conversations change your attitude changes; your entire perception on what you’re capable of doing shifts n you begin meeting people who will push you pass your limits and lift you beyond measures. we all share the same story on how much running changed us individually but I don’t think we highlight enough how it brought us all together. I never realized how bad I needed this family I have met along the way and can barely put in words how grateful I am for each and every one of yall . #GRW #KEEPPUSHING
