In no chronological order 🪱🌀 the last few weeks have been foundational for me. Like the structure of soil, I’ve been boosted with life through the themes of death and I could. not. be. MORE excited than ever to see what we do next. My soil-themed bday ceremoniously came to be because I knew I had to shine my weird. My seeing. My view of the world that balances joy, laughter, darkness, and so so so much care. I took up space for no reason other than to share my soil story and drop into presence amongst the land, tune out to tune in sort of vibe. My ums in speech just show that you don’t need to prepare when the big step must be done. Just do it. Take up space, dude. Then a trip to Sacramento for the @compostingcouncil conference where another dream came true: dancing to a composter dj set (DJ Salt Lick) @keepcompostlocal from @happytrashcompost and seeing my fav @girlysocks123 and all the other incredible soil souls who inspire me @laurenturkearth @emcchill @zoemclark @be_the_force @tommy_av @jamesahoffer @ca4cc The compost clown hit my deep soul and I can’t wait to see them again @tartar.biz I’ll be looping about that later. Theme of now: WE DO NOT NEED PERMISSION TO LEAD. Keep tending to the garden because we are gonna do EPIC things together to gather to be who we need to be to thrive in community for resiliency and harmony ahhhhhhh. My wheelbarrow is full. 31st December 2024 - 1st January 2026… I’m 39. I don’t have it figured out. That’s ok. This year I’ll practise ‘Ma’ I’m still learning about what I love. I’m still learning about what I don’t. It makes me want to be harder, and softer at the same time. It’s confusing. This year I’ll practise more gratitude. Thank you @roadie_international you were right. This year I’ll worry less. Thank you @tomgunvordahl you were right. Thank you to the @symlmusic team. You brought so much laughter to my year. Thank you to the @caamp team for letting me helm the ship through your largest ever headline tour. But more importantly thanks to the crew. An honour to work along side you all. Thanks you to my body for continuing on. My knees. My back. My ankles. All of it. I need you. We’ve got so many more miles to go. Thank you to my family. Thank you to my true friends. Thank you Ruby. Wow I love you so much. Thank you Karey. For your love. Your patience. Your hard side, and your soft side. I love you. Another year. Thank you 🤲

Big thanks to everyone who came out to the inaugural Devil’s Nite party and danced their socks (or, horns?) off in support of @peers_victoria ❤️‍🔥 @lilweeezie brought fire to the dance floor and @djsportmode kept it going late into the night. @ruby_entertainments lit @capitalballrm up with their moves and we’ll probably never be the same. The whole night was magic and it’s safe to say we’re already looking forward to next year 😈

03.30.24. It has taken me forever to put this montage of pics together because I am overwhelmed by the amount of happiness I felt being surrounded by our closest humans for a week in paradise. Joel, I’m so happy we celebrated our relationship, spoke truths about our journey, celebrated our loss, laughed and cried hysterically on the beach together!!! I would do it again tomorrow 🤍
