In a recent interview with Books Uplift, I shared my journey through grief and recovery, highlighting three key elements that helped me move forward: gratitude, acceptance, and writing.

These practices allowed me to acknowledge my pain while also recognizing the good in life. Small daily changes can lead to significant transformations. Full post in bio.

It’s official! I am thrilled to announce that @kbmwriting is my agent!! I know I still have a long road ahead of me as we ready the manuscripts for submission, but I’m looking forward to every rollercoaster minute of it. I’ve already started a new novel . . . because that’s the best way for me to keep sane while Kim works her magic.

Thank you to all my beta readers and fellow authors who have helped me along the way 💕

I am putting myself in literary lockdown. I am going to be tied to my computer for the foreseeable future. Okay bye!

Years of hard work led to this. 🔥

After countless grueling hours spent launching Eternal Is The Night, the opportunity to write this guest post was a cathartic experience.

It gave me the chance to share, vent, and let out so many of the things I’ve learned and experienced throughout this process.

The world is changing around us faster than we can blink, and the publishing industry is changing right along with it.

But reflecting on this post reminded me of something I never want to lose sight of: the story is what matters most.

So, if you only take one thing away from what I have to say here, let it be this: don’t lose sight of the story. ❤️‍🔥

Don’t just read you book to edit! Listen to it also! I caught so many errors when I did this! Thanks for the suggestion @kbmwriting Spell check doesn’t catch it if it’s a word spelled correctly, but not the right word for your sentence. Your brain might not miss the main characters name spelled wrong because it just fills in what it’s supposed to say. Give it a try! It will work wonders! #writer #editing #editingtips #bookstagram #books
