Happy National Dance Day!

We are so grateful for the opportunity to witness the growth in confidence, the friendships, the strength being build, the trying of new things and, overall, the commitment to themselves the dancers of City Ballet Studio bring to the dance floor every single week.

What’s something you’re proud of this National Dance Day?

It takes time!

Anyone else expect to be amazing at something from the get-go? 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️🙋

It can be tough to be patient with yourself, but keep showing up. Keep putting the work in.

Our instructors guide each step, offering constructive feedback and providing tools for growth every week.

Before you know it, you’ll be further than you ever expected. 🩰

60 Seconds of Sweaty Selfies 📸

Looking back at this semester of the Actual Beginner Adult Ballet Series filled with pride for the dancers who showed up week in and week out to discover ballet from the ground up.

Bravo Winter/Spring cohort!

It’s all in the details.

Being a beginner is beautiful. Learning the basics is humbling. Ballet is hard.

But being curious and open to feeling silly or clumsy is really cool. Especially as an adult.

We’d love to dance with you this summer.

To create a ✨ safe✨ and encouraging space for adults to learn to dance. 🩰

We teach ballet technique well, while holding space for exploration and human connection along the way.

City Ballet Studio is built on the idea that training should be both challenging 💪 and welcoming. ☺️

Adult Ballet 2 is a class where dancers can push themselves while feeling supported. It’s a safe space to explore.

Celebrating each other’s wins is what we do here. 👏👏👏

Brooklyn Mindbody Collective was born in 2021 from a dream to gather the some of the most caring, skilled holistic health professionals together under one roof. A place that not only offers incredible, effective healthcare to our community, but also a refuge from the loneliness of private practice or the grind of working as an employee for someone else.

And we’re growing! If you’re a bodyworker, therapist, or other holistic health professional looking for a warm, supportive home for your private practice, we’d love it if you’d consider joining us 💗 check out our careers section of our website at brooklynmindbody.com to learn more and apply!
