STANDING CORE
1. Standing oblique twist
👉🏼 Why is it for:
- Abdominal and oblique without being on the floor
- Balance and stability
- It burns a lot because it is dynamic.

2. Sumo crunch lateral.
👉🏼 What works:
- Oblique to full, it is to mark the waist
- Adductors, buttocks and quadriceps to keep you in isometry down
- A lot of core and stability.

3. Bent over alternating twist snatch.
👉🏼 What works:
- High back and shoulders
- Core and oblique by rotation
- Gluteus and hamstrings to maintain the hip hinge
- It’s very metabolic, it raises the heart rate quickly

If you like it shares with others and tell me how was the exercises.

Celebrating Afia: High Tea with the Bride to Be! #LoveIsTheAnsah 🇿🇦👰🏾‍♀️

It was such an honor and pleasure to plan this event for Afia as her MOH. I wanted it to be girly, classy and luxurious—our bride’s taste—and it was such a success! 🌹🌸🌺🌷🌻🪷🪻
