Such a beautiful day yesterday at the Rosemary Douglas Mind, Body, Spirit event in Stockport. ✨️

Starting the day with a heart-opening Full Power Cacao ceremony with Kathryn and Faith, followed by drumming that completely ignited the room and filled it with the most incredible energy! 🥁🔥

Then over for a beautiful healing with Faith in the Universe 💜, followed by multiple purchases from all the gorgeous stalls because obviously I couldn't resist! 🛍

So much chatting, connecting, networking and soaking up the energy of the day, before finishing it all off with a beautiful and VERY much-needed sound bowl experience. ☺️✨️

Oh and drinking my body weight in Full Power Cacao experiencing my first ever iced cacao! Mmmm 😋

A day very well spent. 💜

The Luxury Pregnancy Retreat 2026 🤍

An entire afternoon to pause before life changes forever.

To slow down.
To breathe.
To stop “sorting things” for five minutes and just… be.

aaand honestly??

Watching you all fully melt into the day this year confirmed something for us very quickly:

You’re craving spaces where you’re actually looked after too.
Not just the baby.
Not just the checklist.
Not just “have you packed your hospital bag yet?”

You.

And if we’re even more honest…
that feeling is probably needed even more once your baby arrives.

So naturally…
you’ve all started asking the same thing 👀

“okay but where’s the postpartum version?”

Don’t worry.
We’ve heard you loud and clear.

Which unfortunately means @juniperplumphotography and I now have no choice but to create the most ridiculously cosy, restorative, over-the-top postpartum retreat possible ❤️

Think:
being looked after properly
warm drinks you didn’t make yourself
someone else thinking about YOU for once
and support that feels like an exhale

Stay tuned…because honestly?

we’re already slightly obsessed with what’s coming.

Thank you to the gorgeous specialists who made this year so special:
